Fear and confusion have reportedly gripped residents of Emaudo in Ekpoma following an alleged kidnapping incident involving five young people — two girls and three boys — who were reportedly abducted by suspected kidnappers under unclear circumstances.
According to reports making rounds, the disturbing incident allegedly occurred in the Emaudo area when unidentified men believed to be kidnappers reportedly seized the victims and whisked them away to an unknown location.
In what many are calling a miracle escape, three of the boys reportedly managed to regain their freedom after allegedly escaping from their captors. The boys, while narrating their terrifying experience, reportedly revealed how luck and courage played a major role in helping them flee the dangerous situation.
Sources claim the boys explained that an unexpected opportunity presented itself, allowing them to escape before alerting others about the frightening ordeal. However, the whereabouts of the two girls allegedly abducted alongside them remain unclear at the time of this report, sparking fear and concern among residents.
The shocking development has since triggered panic in the community, with many calling for urgent action from security agencies to intensify efforts in locating the missing girls and bringing those responsible to justice.
