Fans have brought back an old video of BBNaija host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu questioning Bella Okagbue about the way her then-boyfriend, Sheggz, treated her during their time in the Big Brother house.

Ebuka questions Bella over name-calling

In the video, Ebuka asked Bella why she repeatedly apologised to Sheggz and appeared to tolerate him calling her names such as “fool,” “sick” and “stupid.”

He questioned whether such behaviour was part of what Bella considered a “love language.”

Bella explained that she genuinely liked Sheggz but admitted that she was not comfortable with the name-calling.

During the conversation, Bella acknowledged that she would not normally accept such treatment but said her feelings for Sheggz influenced how she handled the situation.

She also claimed that Sheggz had improved and that they were still working on their relationship.

Ebuka asked:

“So when you love people you are okay with name calling? I’m just trying to understand that…”

Bella responded:

“I’m actually not okay with it. I’m trying to correct that and he has actually improved a lot.”

She added that they were still trying to understand each other at the time.
